Lower Mountains Air Conditioning are experts in what we do – after all, we have been operating since 1988.The company originally opened in Blaxland East. Since that time, it’s relocated to Smith Street, Emu Plains and then again to a larger premises in Russell Street, Emu Plains where we remain today. We do however, service a wide range of locations in Sydney such as Penrith and the Blue Mountains.
We are proud to be dealers of six major brands: Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, LG, Daikin, Actron Air and Braemar. And service any brand, even if it wasn’t our installation.Andrew and Anthea are the owners of Strathdee Electrical, a family-owned business now in its third generation, handed down from Andrew’s grandfather since 1956. That’s a huge 78 years.
Andrew is a qualified electrician and experienced refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical technician. He has extensive experience in the field, installing and servicing domestic, industrial and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration equipment and electrical work. Andrew and Anthea are responsible for the general running of the business including on-site sales and quotations. In addition to this, they also participate in servicing and trouble-shooting any technical difficulties in most brands. They are supported by a reliable, loyal and qualified team of 14 staff including tradespeople, apprentices, trade assistants and friendly office staff.

We are the sole authorised stockist for Air Clean Filters in Western Sydney. These high-efficiency G4, V-pleat disposable filters keep your unit clean and enhance the air quality in your home or business by lowering pollutants. They are 25mm thick and may be readily installed in existing and new return air grilles. The filters also come with 5mm and 10mm inserts for customising the size. Standard and non-standard sizes are available.
